For the character design, I chose to draw heavily from cartoons to capture attention through nostalgia.

The first cartoon that came to mind was Kim Possible, a 2000s show, because this is a fashion-related project and the current trends are very Y2K-inspired.

After reviewing it further, I realized Kim Possible might not be the best choice. The fluid body shapes made animating more challenging, and many teenagers might not have grown up with it to recognize it as nostalgic. For these reasons, I decided to go with Total Drama from the 2010s, a show that both young adults and teenagers are familiar with, and it also has a much easier animation style to replicate.
